Done for you

The whole campaign, already planned and written

This is the same campaign I've successfully run with multiple nonprofits. The timing, the order of every email, what to post each day, and the strategy behind all of it are worked out and written down. What's left for you is filling in your own stories, your numbers, and your name.

14emails, written

Every email your campaign needs, with subject lines, preview text, and a note on why each one works.

37social posts

One for every day from Giving Tuesday to New Year's Day, with a caption to fill in and tips for filming it.

5week game plan

Exactly what to do each week before launch, so nothing sneaks up on you.

9editable Word docs

Copy, paste, fill in your blanks, and go. Plus 14 designed PDFs and a tracker spreadsheet.

What's in the kit

Eight folders with everything you need from October to January

Open the zip and you'll find every piece of your campaign already sorted into the order you'll use it, from the first planning page in October to the last thank-you in January.

A thank-you call script, handwritten notes, a debrief worksheet, and a tracker spreadsheet that does the math for you.

A look inside

Here's the email that kicks it all off

Every email comes with subject lines, preview text, and a short note on why it works. Fill in the highlighted blanks with your own details, most of which come straight from the planner you complete in your first week, and the email is ready to send.

This is for you if
  • You're a small nonprofit and year-end is your biggest giving season
  • You want to do more than send one email on Giving Tuesday, but you don't have time to plan a month from scratch
  • You'd rather fill in blanks than stare at a blank page
  • You want a campaign that builds lasting relationships with your donors
It's probably not for you if
  • You already have a development team that plans your year-end campaign
  • You're looking for a donation platform or email tool, since this is the plan and the writing that go inside them
  • You can't give it about five weeks of prep before Giving Tuesday

Questions

What people ask before they join

What do I get when I join the waitlist?

You'll get first access to the kit on October 20, a day before everyone else, at $67 instead of $97. If you buy that day, The Nonprofit Email Swipe File (a $29 value) is included free, and the first twenty-five people also get a call with me. I'll email you a week before the cart opens, the day before, and the morning of, so you won't miss it.

When do I get the bonuses?

If you buy during waitlist early access on October 20, you can download the kit and The Nonprofit Email Swipe File (a $29 value, free for early buyers) the moment you check out. If you're one of the first twenty-five people who purchase on launch day, you'll get an email from me after you buy so we can schedule your call for a time that works for you. I'll help you with any questions about the campaign or the best way to adapt it for your situation, whenever that would be most helpful.

What if we don't have a building?

The kit is built for you too. The example in the kit is a tutoring nonprofit that meets students at coffee shops and over video calls, and anything that assumes a physical space comes with a suggestion for what to do instead.

We've never run a year-end campaign. Is this too much?

This was made with you in mind. You get a five-week plan that tells you exactly what to do each week, and most of that time is spent filling in blanks rather than writing. In December, plan on about thirty minutes a day to post, update your count, and thank the people who give.

Will it work with our email tool and donation page?

Yes. These are written emails and posts that you paste into whatever you already use, whether that's MailerLite, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Bloomerang, or something else. Any giving page works, and the guide shows you how to set up a simple progress bar if yours doesn't have one.

Can we use it again next year?

Yes, it's yours to keep and reuse. The kit includes the key dates for 2026, 2027, and 2028, so you can run it again without redoing the calendar.

Can I get a refund?

It's a digital download, so all sales are final. If a file is broken or something doesn't make sense, reply to your receipt and I'll personally make it right.

Chase Douglas

I'm Chase Douglas. I've spent fifteen years in marketing, web, and design, and these days I help nonprofits stop guessing at their marketing. This is the same campaign I've successfully run with multiple nonprofits, and I turned it into a kit because nearly every small organization I talk to wants a real year-end plan and doesn't have the time to build one from scratch.
